Fifield Glyn attend ARMA conference 2019 and comment new regulations to affect property firms and individuals

Fifield Glyn are at the ARMA Conference 2019 today listening to key speaker Lord Richard Best on the changes that are a coming in the sector with increased regulation of both firms and individuals to be licensed. It will be a criminal offense not to be licenced. Both the government and the opposition are in agreement and it is likely to come into effect in the next 2 years.

Fifield Glyn are actively encouraging all their Property Managers to undertake their IRPM qualifications to further their knowledge and experience and professional development. This will not only add value and benefit, but peace of mind for all their Clients.
