Report a Fault Towerestates Limited have sold their 100,000 sf Grade 2 Listed factory to JR Ferris for £735,000. JCP Solicitors acted on behalf of the purchaser, whilst Jenkins Best and Fifield Glyn acted on behalf of Towerestates.
The Treforest Industrial Estate extends to 1.410 hectares (3.486 acres) with occupiers including BBC, DSG Retail, Screwfix, BSS group, Barclays Bank, Lloyds TSB and Peacocks/Edinburgh Woollen Mill. It is situated about 8 miles north west of Cardiff and 3 miles north of Junction 32, M4.
