Fifield Glyn have successfully let 2,088 sqft (194 sqm) of ground floor retail space to Savers Health & Beauty PLC on behalf of Lightoaks Investments Ltd.

Savers Health & Beauty PLC have taken the unit on a new 5 year Full Repairing and Insuring lease at a rent of £18,750 per annum for years 1 & 2 and £30,000 per annum for the remaining 3 to 5years.
