Fifield Glyn have successfully let 1,005 sqft (93.40 sqm) of ground floor retail and first floor storage to St.Luke’s Cheshire Hospice on behalf of a private Landlord.

St. Luke’s Cheshire Hospice have taken the unit on a new 5 year Full Repairing and Insuring lease at a rent of £22,500 per annum with a rent review in the 3^rd year.
