Camping holiday specialist Eurocamp is relocating to a larger premises in Cheshire as the company continues to expand.
Eurocamp, which specialises in self-catering holidays at locations across Europe, is moving its headquarters to Chelford House on Gadbrook Park just outside Northwich town centre.
The company has taken out a 10-year old lease on 16,000sqft of space encompassing the entire first floor and part of the second floor of the property at an initial rental of £12.50 per sq ft (£200,000 per annum).
Richard Smith, Director of Agency at Fifield Glyn advised the building’s owners, Chrystal Property and Land.
Moving to Chelford House from Eurocamp’s previous base at Hartford Manor in nearby Hartford will provide a more open plan environment for the company, which sells self-catering holidays on purpose-built parks across 10 different European countries and employs around 180 people at its headquarters.
Eurocamp managing director Darren Marsh said “We are delighted to have found the ideal place for a new headquarters for the company.
“With the growth plans of business, we needed to find new premises that encouraged a more flexible way of working but we wanted to stay in the area to ensure continuity and in our operations and most importantly, for our staff.
“Chelford House ticks all the boxes as it gives us an open plan space in a modern complex with good transport links that isn’t too far away from where we are now”.
The company is due move into its new headquarters by April 2016.
Richard Smith, Director of Agency at Fifield Glyn said ‘We are very pleased to have secured Eurocamp as a tenant at Chelford House where they will occupy it as their new headquarters. It is on an established business park with on-site amenities and well connected to the region’s transport networks as well as being in close proximity to where the company is currently located”.
