Pensions Auto Enrolment Seminar- Wednesday July 8 @ 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Workplace pension’s law has changed and as an employer regardless of your size, you are legally required to comply with these changes.
Employers are now obligated to automatically enrol certain staff into a workplace pension scheme and make contributions. Additionally, as an employer, you will have to inform your employees about the scheme, enrol them onto it and allow other employees to join if they request to do so.
The pension’s regulator has exercised its powers in a number of cases to enforce employers to comply. It is expected that they will be enforcing their powers on a more frequent basis to issue fines against those employers who don’t fulfil the criteria.
At our Auto enrolment seminar you will be given the opportunity to speak with our professionals to get their view on your circumstances, how these changes will affect your business and the risks that deferment carries.
