Gadbrook Park Quiz Night – The Results!

Thanks to everyone who participated in Wednesday night’s
Annual Gadbrook Park Quiz Night at Vale Royal Abbey!!

After a tasty supper consisting of hot pot and delicious
chocolate cake, 17 teams battled it out to determine who would lift the much
coveted trophy this year. After several rounds including pictures, distorted
karaoke, word play and anagrams, a  triumphant winner emerged!

Partnership, who secured second place!

And Close Brothers who took third place after missing
out on a tricky decider question to settle the second place tie-break!

The special “Gallant competitors” award went to Roberts
Bakery, who won the wooden spoon (or in this case, several bags of haribo!)
and the team at Nationwide also deserve a mention for “most imaginative
team name”!

Numerous spot prizes were also awarded throughout the night
for those who were on the ball and answered a number of tricky questions the
fastest!
