relocated from Northwich Town Centre and have taken a new 3 year equivalent
full repairing and insuring lease of a modern warehouse at the former Head
Office of J&S Motorcycle’s Accessories, Denton Drive. The lease also
includes use of a joint car park and service yard.
The warehouse comprises of approximately
18,500 sqft (1,718 sqm) and has been let at a rent rising to £3.25 per sqft.
