Report a Fault Industrial cleaning firm, Cape Environmental Services, have taken a new 3-year Lease of 1,955 sq.ft. of the ground floor of Wharton Park House, together with commercial vehicle parking.
Cape had previously occupied the property some 10 years ago, and have relocated from offices in Warrington.
Arthur Willcock, who advised the Landlords, comments “A new Lease to Cape Environmental Services demonstrates the quality of the offices at Wharton Park House, and is another step towards ensuring the building is fully let with quality Tenants”.
