Commercial Development Projects have landed a double with two new occupiers at Admiral Court, Cheshire Business Park. ITC Consulting and KBC Advanced Technologies Plc have both agreed five and ten year leases respectively on a further 8,000 sq ft in two separate transactions. The quoting rental level for the scheme is £14.50 per sq ft and freehold prices are £150 per sq.ft.
These latest lettings have led to Admiral Court – the first speculative office phase of the Cheshire Business Park, which is being developed by Marshall CDP – becoming 50% let with other occupiers including CommsCare, K&L Freight and Elliot Packaging. An 80 bed Travelodge and Marston’s Pub have also recently opened on the Park.
Richard Smith of joint letting agents, Fifield Glyn who acted jointly with Cushman and Wakefield for CDP comments: “Despite the challenging economic and general market conditions, we are continuing to experience a strong level of occupier demand in North Cheshire and these latest transactions are evidence of this. Cheshire is one of the most affluent counties in the country and many businesses in the region are continually looking to review their operational requirements for new premises. Admiral Court offers exceptional high quality office accommodation in an unrivalled environment, with excellent motorway links and the recent opening of the other amenity will only further compliment our offer.”
