Chairman, John Fifield and his wife, Ros made a short visit to New Delhi at the beginning of October to meet with some of APC’s clients and to look at the development prospects in New Delhi which might appeal to Fifield Glyn’s developer clients. John said “New Delhi is a fast-expanding market with a huge development programme in both commercial and residential properties to meet the very strong local and international market for the nation’s capital city. New Delhi’s population is 21.72 million and is scheduled to grow to 30 million by 2021. I have no doubt that there will be some great opportunities for UK developers and investors over the next few years.”
