Report a Fault Comms-care, the leading provider of channel network and server support solutions, has chosen Cheshire Business Park to relocate their Head Offices from Crewe. The company has acquired two detached brand new office buildings totalling 13,000 sq.ft. on Admiral Court, Commercial Development Projects’ 57,000 sq.ft. speculative office development forming part of Cheshire Business Park near Lostock Gralam, Northwich. Comms-care has taken Leases on Numbers 3 and 4 Admiral Court for Terms of 10 years incorporating Rent Reviews at the end of the 5th year of the Term and Tenant Break Clauses at the end of the 7th year at Initial Rentals equating to £14.50 psf.
This deal represents further activity on the Park which, in recent months, has seen the completion of a new 55-bed Travelodge, Marston’s Pub and the sale of 9½ acres to a residential developer to provide approximately 160 dwellings.
