Report a Fault The civil engineering company, Kier Construction Ltd, have taken a sub-Lease from Greystone Telecom of the entire ground floor offices of Greystone House located at Gadbrook Park, the 100-acre Business Park situated near Northwich, Cheshire.
The offices which comprise 5,000 sq.ft. (465m2) together with 32 car spaces have been let for a Term of 7 years subject to a Rent Review in 2010 at an Initial Rental of £62,500 pa equating to £12.50 psf (£134.55 pms).
