Report a Fault Long Leaseholders, Urmston Conservative Club, instructed Fifield Glyn to represent them in their negotiations with Ask Developments and Trafford Borough Council for their relocation to a new purpose built Club within the Sainsbury’s anchored shopping centre. The new Club will extend to about 7,000 sq ft together with a Steward’s flat and a car space. Negotiations not only included the location and size of the new premises but also detailed schedules of specifications, fixtures and fittings together with timetabling of the move so as to fit in with both Ask’s contractors and the continuing trading of the Club. The negotiations were concluded by agreement before the confirmation of the Compulsory Purchase Order Construction on the new shopping centre has commenced and the Club is scheduled to move into its new facility in November 2008.
