Headleaseholders, Parkwood Developments Limited, sold their vacant office building at auction in September 2006 and instructed Fifield Glyn to prepare, serve and negotiate a Dilapidations Claim against the former Tenant, Worcester City Council. The tenant was represented by DTZ and the Claim was settled by negotiation at just over £100,000 on the 24,310 sq ft 1970’s office building.
