Report a Fault Bury MBC have taken a new Lease of 4 & 5 Bury Bridge Trading Estate from Landlords British Waterways for occupation by Bury Gymnastics Club. Following the destruction by fire of the Gym Club’s former premises close to the Town Centre, Bury MBC have taken a new 2-year Lease of the fully refurbished 10,000 sq.ft. unit at a rent of £55,000 pa for the Gym Club to occupy whilst their existing premises are being rebuilt. Fifield Glyn advised the owners, British Waterways, in connection with both the letting and the Project Management of the refurbishment works.
