Report a Fault Willan Developments have announced the sale of No.1 Royal Court, Gadbrook Park, Northwich to the IT firm, GAP Consulting.
The brand new, high specification 5,545 sq.ft office, plus 21 car spaces, is situated on the established 85-acre Business Park on the outskirts of Northwich and was sold for a purchase price equating to £155 psf.
