Report a Fault Masterplan for Crewe Town Centre
Crewe & Nantwich Borough Council have appointed Manchester based Urbed in conjunction with
TPM Landscape and Fifield Glyn, Chartered Surveyors, to produce a Masterplan for Crewe Town
Centre.
Their work, which is to be completed by October, will include evaluating the present
strengths and weaknesses of Crewe in relation to competing centres such as Chester and Hanley,
identifying development and investment opportunities and providing strategic advice for the
development of the town centre up to 2020.
The Masterplan will cover the prime retail centre and up to the station. The Urbed led consortium
will be consulting with local stakeholders as their plans evolve during the study period. They would
