Osborne Kinsey (a partnership between Osborne Investments Limited and Claim Farm Development Company Limited) have acquired these two properties extending to about 10,000 sq ft on a 1.08 acre site for around £2 million.
Osborne Kinsey have instructed the Ratcliff Partnership in Manchester to prepare a scheme to refurbish and extend the existing accommodation to provide a Convenience Store, Unit Shops, Cafe Bar, Offices fronting a pedestrian walkway linking High Street to a 70 space car park with direct access off the A54.
The development will be known as Nelson’s Quarter after Nelson Money Managers who occupied the site for many years and it is hoped a planning application will be made Spring 2007 with construction commencing Spring 2008 and completion Christmas 2008.
Fifield Glyn introduced the property to Osborne Kinsey and negotiated the acquisition and have been retained for the project management and letting of the development.
