Acting on behalf of the owners, Cadnant Properties, Fifield Glyn have renegotiated the Lease terms with the Tenant, Alphyra UK Ltd. who operate “PAYzone” Europe’s leading branded retail network for the collection of cash payments.
Alphyra have entered into a new 10-year FRI Lease of Davidson House which comprises 10,629 sq.ft. (987.4m2), together with 50 car spaces at an Initial Rental of £150,000 pa, which equates to £14.11 psf. As part of the negotiations, the Landlord refurbished the accommodation which included redecoration, new floor coverings, ceilings and approved air conditioning.
