They now have a Lease of the entire building, which comprises 3,819 sq.ft. (335m2), together with 12 car spaces, which they hold on a new 15 year Full Repairing and Insuring Lease subject to 5 yearly upward only rent reviews at a rental of £50,600 pa equating to £13.25 psf (£142.62m2).
