Private investment clients of Fifield Glyn have acquired a freehold office investment at Cavendish House, 78 Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness from Teesland Development Company Ltd.
The property comprises a new office building of 645m2 (6,920 sq. ft.) let to Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council for a term of 10 years from April 1999.
The acquisition price of £525,000 represents a net initial yield of 9.4%.
